Access Request Form
Instructions for adding the calendar to phone or desktop below the form.
Android/Desktop
Easy option - Get an invite link by sending an email to request access.
Option 2:
Copy calendar link https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/rwddgm11%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
Open your Google Calendar (in your Google account)
Scroll to Other Calendars | Click + | From URL
Paste URL (link) | Click Add Calendar
Calendar should appear on both Desktop and Android in your Google account.
Mac, iPhone, iPad
Easy option - Get an invite link by sending an email to request access.
Option 2:
On your iPhone or iPad, open your device settings.
Scroll and tap Calendar | Accounts | Add account | Other.
Tap "Add Subscribed Calendar" in the list of options. The Subscription screen appears.
Paste in calendar link/url: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/rwddgm11%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
Calendar events will now sync directly with your Google Account.
Open the Calendar app on your iPhone to find your Google Calendar events.
Custom Calendar App
You can download a calendar app if you want to keep your calendar separate from other calendars.
Follow the instructions in the app to add the calendar ics link/URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/rwddgm11%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
